Invite Your Team

Getting your team started is simple. Head over to the Users menu and click "Add User". All you need is their email address - we'll send them an invitation right away. Don't worry if they're busy, we'll send a gentle reminder after 48 hours if they haven't joined yet.

Manage Access

When someone joins, they can see all projects by default. Want to change that? You've got options. Go to the Projects menu, select a project, and use the menu (⋮) to limit who can see it. Or if you prefer, you can do it the other way around - go to the Users menu, pick a team member, and adjust which projects they can access.

Set Up Managers

Sometimes you need to share management responsibilities. To make someone a manager, just go to the Users menu and click on their name. Change their role to Manager, and they'll get extra features to help run the team.

Handle Project Requests

We've made it easy for your team to request new projects when they need them. They can use the "Request Project" link left in their Timesheet. You'll get a notification to approve or decline - this way you stay in control while giving your team the flexibility they need.

Managing Your Team

As a manager, you can view and edit anyone's timesheet - handy for marking vacation days or sick leave. Need to remove someone? You can archive team members who are no longer active or delete invites that haven't been accepted. Don't worry about making mistakes - you can always restore archived users if needed. And for your records, archived users still show up in your monthly reports.
